​When we work together, my goal isn’t to search for “problems.” Instead, I’m focused on helping you navigate life with greater ease, joy, and less anxiety, stress, pain, heartache, or grief. I aim to highlight areas of growth and strength that you might not have noticed, while also pointing out behaviors that may not be leading to the results you want. I’ll provide fresh perspectives and strategies to help you respond to challenges and set you up for future success. With over a decade of experience in mental health, I’ve worked in diverse areas including case management, elderly care, non-profits, residential and group-home settings with adolescents and families, as well as private practice. My expertise lies in treating anxiety/ OCD, PTSD, depression, trauma, and attachment wounds. In our sessions, I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Attachment work to guide the process. I believe my role as your therapist is to create a safe and supportive space where you can share your story, while asking the right questions to uncover underlying issues. Together, we’ll work on facing your fears, unpacking your traumas, and helping you live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
